Your Admin Panel has been successfully installed. Follow the steps below to set up your MikroTik, create packages, and start earning.
First Time Login:
π Your admin URL format is yourcompany.ispledger.org/admin β replace yourcompany with your actual company name. For exampe if your company is called demo, use demo.ispledger.org
β οΈ Change your default password immediately after first login for security.

Add M-Pesa Payment Gateway-Last Step
Go to Settings β Payment Gateway and follow this video to connect your M-Pesa so customers can pay directly.
"Connected without internet" β means the router doesn't have internet. Check your WAN/ISP connection.
Seeing an error on the login page? β Click the "Troubleshoot" button on the login page to see exactly what the problem is and how to fix it.
"Keep Alive timeout" β The user went out of network range and lost connection. This is normal.
Under Activation β Prepaid Users, check the "Disconnection Reason" column to see why a customer was disconnected.
When a customer gets disconnected, they can reconnect using any of these methods:
Just click "Sign In" on the hotspot page β it will reconnect automatically.
Click "Already Paid" and enter your username (it will be auto-filled).
Preferred: Use the M-PESA message to reconnect. Easiest for customers.
Force Reconnection: From the admin panel, go to Activation β Prepaid Users, find the user and click Force Reconnect. Useful when a customer is stuck.

Log in to your dashboard check at the bottom right or just at the bottom of the page your will see a button named support or with your managers name with a welcome message. That will be your personal account manager. They can help with setup, troubleshooting, or even do the full installation for you. If they don't respond or your issue isn't resolved, reach out through the channels below.
